1- Get a good night's sleep.

3- Make time for a nutritious breakfast, and brisk walk.
4- Bring learning tapes or music tapes for the commute to work.

6- Eat a good lunch.
7- Take a brisk walk at lunch.
8- See problems rolling off your back.
9-Consciously breathe on your commute home. Listen to soothing music.
