Facilitated by Ruth Hoskins, PH.D in Holistic Health Sciences, founder of the Psychology of Balance Wellness Program and Effortless Meditation Therapy (EMT), Ruth encourages group members to actively participate in their health and healing process. Group members are encouraged to adopt a holistic health approach. Holistic health is the integration of body, mind, and spirit. Holistic health teaches a person to take charge of their health and make lifestyle choices in favor of wellness. Relaxation International Holistic Wellness Group will teach mind-body techniques and offer information on energy medicine, holistic healing, herbs, supplements, massage, products for health, Effortless Meditation Therapy (EMT), Reiki and more.
