The healing benefits of reconnecting with deceased loved ones through dreams helps heal the deep sadness associated with grief and longing. Dreams are a portal toinner worlds. Often, after a loss, we receive visits from deceased loved ones. I can show you how.
We experience grief on many levels
Psychologically, grief affects our emotions. A person can experience a variety of feelings including anger, sadness, guilt, numbness, and anxiety. At a time of loss, emotions can overwhelm a person. Physically- grief can take a toll on our health. A person can have trouble sleeping and experience changes in appetite, or excessive fatigue. Loss produces an added stress and illness can result.
Socially, we may feel the need to withdraw and re-evaluate our life. A person can be shocked and stunned at the change in their life and may withdraw from friends, loved ones, and work.
Spiritually, a person may experience a crisis of faith and ask questions like Why did God do this to me? A loss of faith, withdrawal, isolation and loneliness can result.

Become familiar with the grieving process.
1-Shock and denial. After a crisis or a loss, numbness and disbelief may begin. Physiological reactions can occur including nausea and dizziness.
2-Guilt. You may feel guilty about things you’ve said or done in the past. Or you may feel guilty wishing you could have done something to change the situation. Guilt is a normal phase of the grieving process.

3-Anger. You may feel abandoned because someone you love has died. You may also feel that friends or family do not understand how you feel. It is important to express how you feel to the right people. Professionally trained people, friends, and others close to you are good examples.
4-Depression-A certain amount of depression is healthy. It may indicate that healing has begun. But prolonged depression with no relief requires referral to a higher level of care.
